The Back Story....

This Blog will be dedicated to exposing the truth behind police officer Lt. Richard Crean and the policies and practices of the Clearwater Police department and Anthony Holloway, Chief of Police that allowed this type of officer to go unchecked for years. The past victims of officer Richard Crean deserved better and now deserve answers and justice, neither of which are forthcoming from the Clearwater Police, the City of Clearwater or Chief Anthony Holloway.  


Lt. Richard Crean basically used his badge, uniform and the resources of the Clearwater Police department to prey upon young women and women looking for "police favors" to even the score with ex-husbands or boyfriends.
